PAYMENTS:  I agree that I am solely liable for payment of the account, and agree that additional charges for services not billed at the time of departure, can be added to my account for settlement, which may include payments for damage or additional cleaning charges.  I understand that a pre-authorisation may be taken from my credit card supplied for the full amount of the accommodation tariff and an additional $500 for incidental expenditure/bond and may take up to 10 working days to be released if not used from the check out date.

DAMAGES:  I agree that I am personally liable for any loss or damage to the apartment or equipment within the apartment incurred during my stay and cost of damage may be debited from my bond.  I understand that It is our responsbility to advise the management of any previous damage noticed by us in the room upon your arrival.

LOCKOUTS: I agree that if I/we are locked out of our apartment after office hours, call-out fee of $38.50 is payable before 8.00pm and $55 is payable from 8.01pm to Midnight.  Lockout after midnight incurs a call-out fee of $110.  

THE HOUSE RULES – GUESTS SUBJECT TO NSW FAIR TRADING CODE OF CONDUCT SHORT TERM ACCOMMODATION

1.  Guests and invitees are expected to behave in a manner which is conductive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests and residents within the property.  A breach of any House Rules may result in the eviction of the offender/s at the discretion of the Manager. A copy of guest obligations under the NSW Code of Conduct is available to view on our notice board in the foyer.  We hope you and your invitees have an enjoyable, relaxing and safe time at Boathouse Resort.

2.  CURFEWS: Pool and BBQ area opens at 8:00 am and closes at 9.00 pm.  All noise must cease on Balconies at 10:30 pm (please move inside your apartment if noisy).

3.  Guests are advised that the following may result in eviction or a report to the Commissioner according to the terms of the NSW Code of Conduct:

(a)  noisy, offensive and/or unruly behaviour and if SMOKING is detected  around any apartments( including balcony) and common areas. You have agreed that there is NO SMOKING on any part of the property.  

(b) Any apartment left damaged or dirty or if smoking is detected may incur charges of $200.00 cleaning fees and extra for repairs. 

(c) Improper or unseemly conduct or any act or ommission which, in the opinion of the Manager, adversely affects or brings discredit upon the Manager, Owner or other Guests and Residents.

(d) Exceed alloted number of persons in your unit i.e more than 4 pax in a 2 bedroom unit or more than 6 pax in a 3 bedroom unit.

(e) Park more cars in the car park than is alloted to the unit (1 car – 2 bedroom & 2 cars – 3 bedroom).

(f) A lost security fob will incur a charge of $110.00.  A lost key will incur a charge of $55.00.

(g) Credit card payments incur a usage fee of 1.2% for Mastercard/Visa, and 1.2% for Amex.

(h) Fails to supervise children in the swimming pool (Under 13 years) or any common areas of the Resort. 

CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 10.00am on the day of departure. I agree departure after this time will incur additional charges if an arrangement has not been made. Any checkout after 1100 is $50 per hour.

CONDITIONS OF BAILMENT:
1.   This establishment shall not be liable to any guest or invitee for any loss, damage or destruction to any property brought upon these premises by the said guest or invitees.
2.   Without limiting the foregoing, personal property shall include money, jewellery and other personal effects, and motor vehicles parked on the premises.
3.   When a guest registers at reception, or an invitee of a guest beyond that point, they shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these conditions.

 A.  LUGGAGE TROLLEY: Guest/tenant/occupier agrees that it is a condition of use of the LUGGAGE TROLLIES that they must NEVER ENTER the apartment.  The TROLLEY must be parked in the PARKING BAY opposite the Apartment.  Bond charge if ANY TROLLEY IS TAKEN INSIDE AN APARTMENT: $200

B.  RUBBISH: Each day rubbish MUST BE PLACED IN THE RUBBISH CHUTE near the LIFT.   RUBBISH must NOT CONTAIN any BOTTLES or CANS of any SORT.   RUBBISH must NOT BE LEFT IN the apartment on Departure:  Bond charge if cleaners have to REMOVE ANY RUBBISH: $35

 C.  NO SMOKING: :  The property is strictly no smoking including all balconies and walkways.  Smoking can only occur outside the boundaries of the property.  Bond charge if SMOKING IS DETECTED: $200

D.  DISHWASHING: :  All dishes must be washed or placed in dishwasher and dishwasher switched on prior to departure.  Any problems with dishwasher operation should be reported immediately and our staff will assist with correct operation.  Dishwashing powder is supplied.  Bond charge if cleaners are required to do any dishes: $35
