Cancellation Policy

Sometimes life gets in the way and you have to change your holiday plans.  Cancelling or altering a reservation at our apartments has some conditions depending on the timing and if you booked directly with us:

  30 Days – Cancel more than 30 Days Before Arrival Date: 
  • Ask for a full refund or 
  • Change your date to another more convenient time at no cost
  • No fees or charges – yes cancellation is FREE.
  14 Days – Cancel more than 14 Days but less that 30 Days Before Arrival Date:
  • Your deposit is not refundable
  • Your deposit will apply to a new date if you choose one or
  • Your deposit or any payment made will be stored for up to 12 months
  • Change your date to another more convenient time with a re-booking fee of $33
  • If you do not make a new booking within one year, you may lose your deposit.
  .>7 Days – Cancel more than 7 days but less than 14 Days Before Arrival Date
  • Your deposit is not refundable 
  • You are liable to pay for one night’s accommodation in full
  • Any remaining deposit or any payment made will be stored for up to 12 months
  • Change your date to another more convenient time with a re-booking fee of $33
  • If you do not make a new booking within one year, you may lose your deposit.
  <7 Days – Cancel 7 Days or less Before Arrival Date 
  • Your deposit is not refundable 
  • You are liable to pay for your reserved accommodation in full
  • Any remaining deposit or any payment made will be stored for up to 12 months
  • OUR HELP: We will make effort to Re-sell your apartment to reduce your cost
  • YOUR OPTION: When booking expensive holidays, consider TRAVEL INSURANCE to Protect your Investment
  BOOKING.COM and Agoda and AirBnB
  • The terms of your Online Travel Agent (OTA) booking will apply for any cancellation
  • We try to ensure our terms listed above are similar on our Channel Sites
  • Your reservation is a contract with the OTA not with us and their conditions are applicable
  • Some OTAs offer shorter fee free cancellation periods in exchange for higher tariff rates
  • Short cancellation options can be very expensive – beware you can pay $100 more per night
  • Beware – most OTA standard bookings are Non-cancellable with full payment of accommodation due on booking
